This year’s conference is taking place in beautiful Kamloops, British Colombia, January 17 – January 20, 2023. Located in the southern interior of BC, Kamloops is home to gorges, canyons and wind-worn hoodoos that shape its rugged landscape. To improve guest satisfaction levels, hotels need to understand shifting expectations to adapt their processes, technology, and service offerings. Peter Clarke will talk about how a hotel can increase its profitability by evaluating guests’ expectations through the new post-stay guest survey.

    The Coast Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) committee will share updates on the CSR roadmap presented at the 2022 Annual Brand Conference. The presentation will share how to engage Ambassadors in CSR actions, why CSR initiatives are important to clients and guests and how CSR initiatives contribute to Return on Investment. Our team will share details from our suppliers and the CSR strategies they’ve embraced and lastly, the 2023 Social Media Plan for our CSR initiatives will be shared. We’ll also hear from Rebecca Bartlett-Jones, Manager, Business Development of Green Key Global, who will speak on behalf of Green Key and their continued focus on sustainability.
