Shipments should arrive no earlier than February 2, 2026.
Partners are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping costs.
Storage space is limited; please ship only what is required.
Outbound shipping arrangements can be made with your preferred courier in advance. The hotel can ensure your items are passed on to the courier at the scheduled pickup time.

Please Note:
Custom signage and display materials are the responsibility of each partner. Set-ups should support conversation and engagement rather than hard selling.
session access & participation
Partners are welcome to attend all general conference sessions, including keynote presentations, educational sessions, and networking events.
We encourage partners to participate as engaged listeners and collaborators. This conference is designed to foster learning, idea sharing, and meaningful connection across our hotel and corporate teams.
dress code
Conference sessions are business casual unless otherwise noted. Please avoid wearing jeans, or overly casual attire.
For the Harbor Lights Gala on Wednesday evening, partners are welcome to attend and are encouraged to dress in Upscale Coastal Harbor Wear, inspired by Cape Cod in the fall.
arrival, parking & hotel information
Hotel check-in is available at Coast Bastion Hotel.
Parking information and loading zone details will be shared closer to the event.
For partners attending all conference events we recommend arriving on Monday, February 9th between 11am and 4pm to register your attendance and receive your name badge and conference gifts.
wi-fi & technology
Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the conference spaces.
Network details will be provided on-site.
Limited AV support is available; please advise in advance if you have specific needs.

This is a brand-focused leadership conference. We ask all partners to:

Avoid competitive solicitation.
Align with Coast Hotels’ values, tone, and professionalism.
Be mindful when taking photos or posting on social media.
Sustainable practices are encouraged. Please minimize waste and consider eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
