Ambassador of the Year
The Ambassador of the Year award goes to the Ambassador who best demonstrates our Coast Hotels Core Values & Leadership Accountability in their day-to-day work, displays strong teamwork and exceptional commitment to guest service.
Leader of the Year
The Leader of the Year award goes to the team leader, supervisor, manager, or department head that best demonstrates leadership accountability, optimism for the future, resilience during adversity, ability to manage change, self-reliance and an ability to rely on others.
General Manager of the Year
The General Manager of the year award goes to the GM who best demonstrates innovation, our core values, achieves the strategies of delighted guests, engaged and productive Ambassadors, refreshing stays and return on investment.
